CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 550 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 80, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 <br /> RE: CHANGE OF ZONING WITH RESPECT TO PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION <br /> OF BLACK AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />~FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960 <br />referred to in Section 28.110 of Ordinance 520, designating and <br />dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 80,as shown on the map dated March, 1969, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall be <br /> designated the land use and zoning districts of said <br /> territory. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification as amended is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Real property of Dr. R. P. JUHL, being approximately <br /> 5 acres bounded on the north by Black Avenue, on the <br /> east by Santa Rita on the south by property owned by <br /> the Amador HighSchool District, is hereby classified <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> A -(Agricmlt~ral)District <br /> <br /> (b) Real property of Dr. R. P. Juhl, being approximately <br /> 3 acres bounded on the north by Black Avenue, on the <br /> east by the above referred to parcel zoned A (Agricul- <br /> tural)District, and on the south by property of the <br /> Amador High ~hool District, is hereby classified as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> 0 -(Office)District <br /> <br /> (c) Real property of Dr. R.
