CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 539 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 78, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G20 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, RE 11/2 ACRES SOUTHERLY OF STANLEY <br /> BOULEVARD, ADJACENT THE WESTERLY CITY LIMIT <br /> OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated April 18 <br /> 1960, referred to in Section 28.110 of Ordinance No. 520, designat- <br /> ing and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 78, as shown on Map dated November 21, <br /> 1968, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, <br /> shall be designated the land use and zoning districts <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is <br /> further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Lee J. Amaral, being approximately <br /> 11/2 acres abutting on the south of Stanley Boulevard, <br /> and being adjacent the westerly City limit of the City <br /> of Pleasanton, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> C-S (Commercial Service District) <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES", a <br />~ewspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanto , <br />~nd shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br />...... ~ ~ ..... ~ n~ November 11~ 1968. <br /> <br /> <br />
