CITY COUNCIL OF TH E <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 835 <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING <br />APPROXIMATELY 1.3 ACRES OF <br />LAND CONSISTING OF FOUR <br />PARCELS LOCATED AT 915, 923, <br />AND 929 SANTA RITA ROAD FROM <br />THE C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) <br />DISTRICT AND THE C F <br /> COMMERCIAL FREEWAY <br /> DIS(~RICT TO THE C-C (CENT~AL <br /> COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, AND <br /> AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ACCORDINGLY (ZONING UNIT MAP <br /> #169) <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Rezones approximately <br />1.3 acres of land consisting of four <br />parcels at 915, 923, and 929 Santa <br />Rita Road and bounded by Western <br />Pacific Railroad on the north, Santa <br />Rita Road on the east and the exten. <br />sion of Del Valle Parkway on the <br />south, from the C-S (Commercial <br />Service) and the C F (Commercial <br />Freeway) Districts to the C-C (Cen- <br />tral Commercial) District, and <br />amends the Zoning Map of the City <br />of Pleasanton accordingly. <br /> Se~ti~ 2. The Zoning Map of the <br />City of Pleasanton dated April <br />1960, on file with the City Clerk, des- <br />ignating and dividing the City into <br />zoning districts is hereby amended <br />in accordance with the action set <br />forth in Section 1 above, <br /> <br /> SecBe~ 3. Zoning Unit Malp No. <br />169, dated November 22, 1977. on <br />file with the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton, a copy ct which is at- <br />tached hereto as Exhibit A and made <br />a part hereof by reference, desig- <br />nates said land use and zoning dis- <br />trict. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall be <br />published once within fifteen (15) <br />dalys after its adoption in "THE <br />TIMES," a newspaper of general cir <br />culation, published in the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> SecBo~ 5. This ordinance shall be <br />effective thirty (30) days after the <br />date of its final passage and adop- <br />tion, <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meet <br />lng of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on November 8, 1977. <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Pleas- <br />anton on November 29. 1977, by <br />the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers · <br />Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer <br />and Mayor Philcox <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ROBERT C.
