Since <br /> the opening the City has received complaints regarding their vehicle queues impacting <br /> circulation on Hopyard Road, Owens Drive and within the parking lot area. <br /> In the fall of 2019 City staff <br /> requested Chick-fil-A implement <br /> operational changes to reduce the .� <br /> congestion created by their <br /> restaurant.
