<br /> Second reading and adoption of Ordinance 2210 approving Planned Unit Development (PUD)
<br /> rezoning and development plan and vesting tentative map for a five-lot residential project located
<br /> at 990 Sycamore Road, as filed under Case Nos. PUD-135 (Planned Unit Development), P19-
<br /> 0030 (Rezoning), and Vesting Map 8528
<br /> Council approved the consent calendar as submitted
<br /> Public Hearing:
<br /> Receive update on 6th Cycle Regional Housing Needs Allocation Process, and review and
<br /> provide direction on key planning considerations for the Housing Element Update including
<br /> overall project approach and scope of work, and direction to proceed with solicitation for
<br /> consultant services for the Housing Element Update
<br /> Action recommended: Discuss and provide input on the Housing Element process,
<br /> proposed scope of work and initial schedule, as reflected in the
<br /> agenda report, and provide direction to proceed with solicitation for
<br /> consulting services.
<br /> Action taken: Approved per staff recommendation, with amendments to:
<br /> (1) add to the list of planning considerations that units should be
<br /> distributed throughout the City; (2) Planning Commission should be
<br /> actively involved; and (3) Planning Commission would serve as the
<br /> lead, however, City Council should be extensively involved with key
<br /> planning decisions
