CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 833 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 25.7 ACRES OF LAND <br />LOCATED ON JOHNSON INDUSTRIAL DRIVE AT THE INTERSECTION <br />OF 1-580 AND 1-680 FROM THE I-G 3-ACRE (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL <br />MINIMUM LOT SIZE 3 ACRES) DISTRICT TO I-G 40,000 (MINIMUM <br />LOT SIZE 40,000 SQUARE FEET) DISTRICT, AND AMENDING THE <br />ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY <br /> (ZONING UNIT MAP #167) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Rezones the approximately 25.7 acres of land located on <br /> Johnson Industrial Drive southeast of the intersection of <br /> 1-580 and 1-680, owned by Vorelco of California, from I-G <br /> 3 acre (General Industrial, minimum lot size 3 acres) to <br /> I-G 40,000 (General Industrial, minimum lot size 40,000 <br /> square feet) District, as more particularly described in <br /> Zoning Unit Map NO. 167 attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, <br /> 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and divid- <br /> ing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended in <br /> accordance with the action set forth in Section 1 above. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />3. Zoning Unit Map No. 167, dated September 22, 1977, on <br /> file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> hereof by reference, designates said land use and zoning <br /> district. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be effectiue thirty (30) days after <br /> the date 0f~ i~s~final passage ahd adoption. <br /> <br />Section 5.
