CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAiVLEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO, 82R <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 0.91 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br />ON WEST SIDE OF SONOMA DRIVE BETWEEN JUNIPERO STREET AND <br />DEVELOPED MULTIPLE LOTS TO THE NORTH OF JUNIPER0 STREET <br />FROM THE RM-2500 (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL~ DISTRICT TO THE <br />PUD i(~LANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT~ DISTRICT AND APPROVING A <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN ON THE 0.91 ACRE SITE AND AMENDING THE <br />ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASAMTON ACCORDINGLY (ZONING <br />UNIT MAP #165} <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Pursuant to ~2-8.37~cl, the City Council rezones approxi- <br />mately 0.91 acre site located on the west side of $onoma <br />Drive between Junipero Street and the developed lots to <br />the north of Junipero Street from the RM-2500 (Multiple <br />Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment) District ( as more particularly described in Zoning <br />Unit Map 9165 attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference~ with a development of high density resi- <br />dential units, in accordance with the General Plan of <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, <br />1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and divid- <br />ing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended in <br />accordance with the action set forth in Section 1 above. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Zoning Unit Map No. 165, dated August 11, 1977, on file <br />with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part <br />hereof by reference designates said land use and zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Pursuant to §2-8.37(c) and ~2-8.35, Article 14, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, <br />the City Council approves the Development Plan considered <br />concurrently with the rezoning pursuant to Section 1 above. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />The Development Plan approved by Section 4 above shall <br />be subject to the conditions set forth in Planning Com- <br />mission Resolution No. 1536, attached hereto as Exhibit B <br />and incorporated herein by reference, with the following <br />condition added as condition #22: <br /> <br />The R-1-6500 District setback requirements <br />pertain to all structural additions on subject <br />properties except as modified by Condition #2 <br />of Resolution No. 1536, except additions on the <br />zero lot line sides need not be setback on <br />those sides." <br /> <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
