CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 827 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 2.1 ACRES OF LAND <br />LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION <br />OF BLACK AVENUE AND HOPYARD ROAD FROM THE RM-4000 <br />(MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR A PROPOSED TWENTY-EIGHT UNIT CONDOMINIUM <br />PROJECT ON SAID PROPERTY AND AMENDING ZONING MAP OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY (ZONING UNIT MAP #164) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 2-8.37(c), the City Council rezones <br />approximately 2.1 acres of land located on the South- <br />east corner of the intersection of Black Avenue and <br />Hopyard Road from the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential) <br />District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District <br />(as more particularly described in Zoning Unit Map 9164 <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) <br />with a development of high density residential units, <br />in accordance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April <br />1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and <br />dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br />amended in accordance with the action set forth in <br />Section 1 above. <br /> <br />18, <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Zoning Unit Map No. 164, Dated July 20, 1977, on file <br />with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy <br />of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a <br />part hereof by reference designates said land use and <br />zoning district. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 2-8.37(c) and Section 2-8.35, Arti- <br />cle 14, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton, the City Council approves the <br />Development Plan considered concurrently with the re- <br />zoning application for the construction of a twenty- <br />eight unit condominium project on the property rezoned <br />pursuant to Section 1 above. Except as otherwise pro- <br />vided in the conditions attached to said rezoning and <br />said Development Plan, the Planning Division of the <br />Department of Community and Development shall be guided <br />by the provisions of the RM-4000 District as set forth <br />in the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to <br />administer land use questions involving this project in <br />the future. <br /> <br /> <br />
