CITY COUNCIL OF THR CITY OF P'r,~.ASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 530 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 76 ENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE: 1383 ACRES <br /> SOUTHERLY OF STATE FREEWAY 580 and BETWEEN <br /> STATE FREEWAY 680 ON THE WEST AND SANTA <br /> RITA ROAD ON THE EAST <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, <br />dated April 18, 1960, referred to in Section 28.110 of Ordinance <br />No. 520, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 76, as shown on map dated August 14, <br /> 1968, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, <br /> shall be designated the land use and zoning districts <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classifications, as <br />amended, are further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Valley Community Services District, <br /> being approximately 20 acres adjacent State Freeway <br /> #680 and easterly thereof, is classified as follows: <br /> <br /> P (Public and Institutional) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Freeway Industrial Investment Company, <br /> being approximately 62 acres, lying in the southeastern <br /> quadrant created by the intersection of State Freeway <br /> #680 and State Freeway #580, and immediately adjacent <br /> said intersection, is classified as follows: <br /> <br /> I-G (General Industrial) District - 3 acre minimum <br /> <br /> Real property of United States Government, being approx <br /> imately 140 acres, and being immediately to the east <br /> of the above referred to real property of the Freeway <br /> Industrial Investment Company, is hereby classified <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> A (Agricultural) District <br /> <br /> <br />
