CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 559 <br /> <br />ZONING UNIT NO. 82, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING <br />ORDINANCE) AND EXISTING P.U.D. No. 69-1, TO APPLY <br />FINAL ZONING AS AN RM-15 DISTRICT, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br />NORTH OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND WEST OF FAIRLANDS <br />DRIVE, FRONTING ON FAIRLANDS DRIVE, AND CONTAINING APPROXI- <br />MATELY 2.1 ACRES <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18,1960~ <br /> <br />referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designated <br /> <br />and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is here-! <br /> <br />by amended as follows: <br /> <br />Zoning Unit No. 82, as shown on the map dated June 2, 1969i <br />on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall <br />designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br />territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br />Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is furthe <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Real property of Amador Valley Investors, being approxi- <br />mately 2.1 acres lying immediately adjacent Fairlands <br />Drive on its Westerly side and abutting Tassajara Road on <br />the North is hereby reclassified as follows: <br /> <br />RM (Multi-Family Residential District) 1500 <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES", a <br />newspaper of general circulation, published within the City of <br />Pleasanton, and shall become effective on the thirty-first day <br />after adoption, but shall not become operative until building <br />permits are issued for specified construction consistent with the <br /> <br /> <br />
