Ordinance 2209 <br /> Page 11 of 11 <br /> B. The community development director, hearing officer, or city manager shall suspend <br /> or revoke a permit for a violation of this chapter as set forth in Section 9.32.160. <br /> 1. A violation of this chapter may be documented by an administrative citation <br /> issued by a police officer or community services officer of the police <br /> department, or a code enforcement officer of the community development <br /> department. A copy of the administrative citation may be provided to the <br /> person violating this chapter, and another copy provided to the community <br /> development department for it to commence enforcement as provided in this <br /> Section 9.32.190. <br /> 9.32.200 Sale of Tobacco Products from or self-service displays. Tobacco stores <br /> may have self-service displays of tobacco products only when in compliance with the <br /> Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement Act (STAKE) in Cal. Business and <br /> Professions Code §§22950-22963, and other applicable federal and state laws. <br /> 9.32.210 Severability. If any section or portion of this chapter is found to be invalid by a <br /> court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remainder <br /> of the chapter, which shall continue in full force and effect. <br /> // <br />
