CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 557 <br />ZONING UNIT NO. 81, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE <br />AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO APPROXIMATE~ <br /> <br />LY 41 ACRES LOCATED ON WEST SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD ACROSS <br />FROM MOHR AVENUE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br />i!1960, referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, designa~- <br />fling and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 81, as shown on the map dated June 2, 1969 <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached ~ <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall desigr <br /> nate the land use and zoning districts of the territory <br /> referred to therein. <br /> <br />Said territory <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br />and zone classification, as amended, is furth~ <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Real property of Costanza-Wilson, being approximately 3.3 <br />acres lying immediately adjacent Santa Rita Road on the' <br />Westerly side, and in the northern-most corner of said <br />41 acres is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br />RM (Multi-family Residential) 20 <br /> <br />Real Property of Costanza-Wilson Development Company, <br />being approximately 3.2 acres, lying immediately adjacent <br />Santa Rita Road on its westerly side and immediately ad- <br />Jacent on the south to the above referred to 3.3 acre <br />parcel, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> P (Public and Institutional) <br /> <br />Real Property of Costanza-Wilson Development Company, <br />being 4.2 acres, lying immediately adjacent Santa Rita <br />Road on its westerly side and southerly of the above <br />referred to 3.2 acre parcel, and bi-sected by the exten- <br />sion of Mohr Avenue, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br />RM (Multi-family Residential) 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
