the County reimbursing the City up to $1,1,168,709 for Stanford - Valley Care <br />testing costs at the Fairgrounds within 30 -days of receipt of the City's invoice, <br />and <br />requirements for the City to maintain records consistent with federal and state <br />requirements. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Since the City's initial arrangement to provide COVID-19 testing at the Fairgrounds was <br />through an MOU with the City of Dublin, the City of Livermore and Stanford — <br />ValleyCare, that MOU needs to be amended to reflect the City's MOU with the County <br />to provide additional funding for the testing services.
