HfRST, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT~, <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 528 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 75, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE 445 ACRES <br /> SOUTHEASTERLY OF HOPYARD ROAD AND ALONG <br /> THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACTS, <br /> ENDING AT SANTA RITA ROAD. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated <br />April 18, 1960, referred to in Section 28.110 of Ordinance No. 520, <br />designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning dis- <br />tricts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 75, as shown on Map dated~June 20, 1968, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, shall be <br /> designated the land use and zoning districts of said <br /> territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended <br />is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Willow West Properties, Inc., being <br /> approximately 360 acres, bounded by Hopyard Road on <br /> the West, by the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks on <br /> the East, and by the Arroyo Mocho Canal on the south, <br /> is classified as follows: <br /> <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development District) <br /> <br /> Real property of Willow West Properties, Inc., being <br /> approximately 73 acres directly southeast of the Arroyo <br /> Mocho Canal adjacent the confluence of the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks and Santa Rita Road, is classi- <br /> fied as follows: <br /> <br /> R-1-6500 Single Family Residential District, with <br /> 6500 square feet minimum sites, .. and RO (Resi- <br /> dential Overlay) District. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE <br />TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br />~of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on July 15, 1968. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on July 22, 1968, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos, and <br /> Mayor Gerton <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Beratlis <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> BERNARD T.
