Initially the City could provide vehicles and a place for vehicle storage as well <br /> as maintenance and fueling of vehicles. City staff would continue to submit required <br /> annual ACTC/MTC TDA 4.5 Program Plans and year-end reporting as well as manage <br /> the Operator Agreement. As part of an agreement, the City could re-brand the PPS <br /> program by updating its marketing materials, detailing the fleet with new partial vehicle <br /> wraps, and offering a seamless transition of service. <br /> City staff has shared the recommendations of the Mobility Forward: Tri-Valley <br /> Paratransit Study with PPS staff and the Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force and kept <br /> them informed as this process has progressed. <br /> Staff is requesting City Council provide policy direction to contract for services with a <br /> transportation service provider for the PPS program.
