IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 340 <br /> <br />~%ZONING UNIT NO. 6, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) and "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, <br />dated April 18, 1960", as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit NOo 6, as shown in map dated February 1962, on <br />file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning <br />district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, pursuant to application of Lo A. Hilliker, is located <br />within the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, and <br />is further described as follows: <br /> <br />ZONE R-T-15 ( Residential, Garden, 1,500 sq. ft.) <br /> <br />Ail those lots of land, fronting the southerly <br />side of St. Johns Street, according to property <br />lines existing at this time, from the Western <br />Pacific Railroad right-of-way on the westerly <br />side axtending to the C-C (Community Commercial) <br />district adjacent to Main Street on the east. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council <br />on February 19, 1962, by Councilman McWilliams <br /> <br /> RE~d) AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, held on February 26 , 1962, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Cairo, McWilliams and Mayor Harding <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilman John Long <br /> <br /> WARREN S.
