SEGUNDO <br /> and JENNIFER SEGUNDO, TRUSTEES OF THE MICHAEL AND JENNIFER SEGUNDO <br /> FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 12, 2011, GRANTEES, a private utility easement over real <br /> property located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California as more <br /> particularly described and shown in the attached Exhibit A, Page 2 of 2 (the "Private Utility <br /> Easement"),to allow for the installation of underground private utility lines to serve Grantees' <br /> property commonly known as 3466 Old Foothill Road(APN 946-4615-1-2), City of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A, <br /> Page 1 of 2, subject to the limitations and covenants set forth herein. <br /> I. Private Utility Easement. <br /> 1. Only underground private water,private sewer,private storm drain,private cable,private <br /> telephone and private electricity lines to serve the existing single family residence at Grantees' <br /> property at 3466 Old Foothill Road may be located within the Private Utility Easement. No <br /> above ground structures or equipment, including(but not limited to) utility boxes,vault covers or <br /> lids, for such private utility lines may be located within the Private Utility Easement, excepting <br /> sewer clean outs may extend to the ground surface as shown on the plans entitled"Sanitary <br /> Sewer Extension Plans for Segundo Property" dated approved by the City on <br /> on file in the City's Engineering Division. <br /> a. City Engineering Approval. Grantees, or their contractor, shall receive prior written <br /> approval from the City of Pleasanton's Engineering Division pursuant to the process <br /> set forth in Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 13.04 regarding the design and <br /> location of the private utility lines which may be located within the Private Utility <br /> Easement. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
