(Mark Thomas) has prepared this <br /> proposal to the City of Pleasanton (City)for additional services related to the Right of Way <br /> Transfer to Caltrans for the I-680/Stoneridge Drive Interchange project. At this point is <br /> appears we will need to prepare and process five (5) Consent to Common Use Agreements <br /> (CCUA)and two(2)Quitclaim Deeds(QC). <br /> To this end we would like to add Andy Lee, PE,a Certified Consultant Utility Coordinator <br /> for Caltrans District 4,to our project team to facilitate the coordination of these <br /> documents. The following scope of services is submitted to document the additional time <br /> needed for task 5.2 . <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task 5.2 Facilitate Transfer to Caltrans <br /> Andy Lee,working as the Certified Consultant Utility Coordinator for Caltrans District 4, <br /> will review the CCUAs and QCs for accuracy and compliance with Caltrans policy and <br /> provide assistance in the processing.
