Resolution No. 20-1173 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> SECTION 3. The weed abatement costs, including a 100% administrative charge, and if <br /> related litigation is required, all attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs, shall be the responsibility <br /> of the property owner of the parcel of land where the work was done. <br /> SECTION 4.
