RESOLUTION NO. 20-1171 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> APPROVING THE INVESTMENT POLICY AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§53601 and 53635, the City's Investment <br /> Policy and Guidelines must be submitted to Council annually for adoption; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a policy document for the 2020/21 fiscal <br /> year on June 16, 2020; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the policies and guidelines outlined in <br /> that document. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1. Adopt the Investment Policy and Guidelines for the 2020/21 fiscal year as <br /> reflected in Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2.
