The assessments shall be collected at the same time and in the same <br /> manner as County taxes are collected and all laws providing for the collection and enforcement <br /> of County taxes shall apply to the collection and enforcement of the assessments. After collection <br /> by the County, the net amount of the assessments, after deduction of any compensation due the <br /> County for collection, shall be paid to the Lighting & Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 <br /> Windsor. <br /> SECTION 11. The moneys representing assessments collected by Alameda County shall <br /> be deposited in the City Treasury to the credit of the special fund known as the "Lighting & <br /> Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 Windsor" previously established. Moneys in the fund <br /> shall be expended only for the maintenance, servicing, construction or installation of the <br /> improvements. <br /> SECTION 12. The adoption of this resolution constitutes the continuation of assessments <br /> for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2020. <br /> SECTION 13. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
