The facility operator shall provide a written notification to facility users and visitors <br />informing them that vehicles shall be parked on the subject lot at all times and that no <br />parking or drop-off/pick-up of students/players shall occur on Commerce Circle. The <br />notification shall include a site map indicating the boundaries of the site, and it shall specify <br />the parking spaces which can be used by Facility users.
