* THE CITY OF <br /> mom -. 1116611 _._ ,,, <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> _pL€ASANTON MEETING MINUTES <br /> DRAFT <br /> Wednesday, May 27, 2020 <br /> This meeting was conducted via teleconference in accordance with Governor Newsom 's Executive <br /> Orders N-20-20 and N-35-20 and COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> The teleconference meeting of the Planning Commission of May 27, 2020 was called to order <br /> at 7:01 p.m. by Chair Ritter. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Ritter. <br /> Staff Members Present: Ellen Clark, Director of Community Development; Melinda Denis, <br /> Planning and Permit Center Manager; Jenny Soo, Associate <br /> Planner; Julie Harryman. Assistant City Attorney; Stefanie <br /> Ananthan, Recording Secretary <br /> Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Justin Brown, Greg O'Connor, <br /> Brandon Pace, Chair Herb Ritter <br /> Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Jack Balch <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> There were no agenda amendments. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br /> motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br /> Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> 1. Actions of the City Council <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> 3. Approve the meeting minutes of May 13, 2020 <br /> Commissioner O'Connor moved to approve the Consent Calendar. <br /> Commissioner Allen seconded the motion. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 8 May 27, 2020 <br />ns of the Zoning Administrator Page 1 of 1 June 24, 2020 <br /> repetition of points made <br /> by previous speakers and by being as brief as possible in making their testimony. <br /> • Following public testimony,the applicant will be given the opportunity to respond to issues raised by the public.The <br /> response should be limited to five minutes. <br /> The public hearing will then be closed. The Planning Commissioners then discuss among themselves the application under <br /> consideration and act on the item.
