All items listed on the agenda were carried forward to the next <br /> regularly scheduled meeting on June 16, 2020. <br /> June 16, 2020 <br /> Consent Calendar: <br /> Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Adopt a resolution authorizing the submittal of an application for, and receipt of, Local Early <br /> Action Planning (LEAP) grant funds from the State of California, Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development (HCD) <br /> Adopt a resolution authorizing an application with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission <br /> for allocation of Transportation Development Act (TDA)Article 3 funds for Bicycle and Pedestrian <br /> Improvements at various locations <br /> Adopt a resolution approving a freeway maintenance agreement with Caltrans for Interstate 680 <br /> undercrossings and overcrossings <br /> Approve amendment to agreement with Aecom Technical Services, Inc. for a new total <br /> agreement amount not to exceed $1,721,824, for the next phase of design for the Sunol <br /> Interchange Improvement Project, CIP No. 15551 <br /> Council approved the consent calendar as submitted <br /> Public Hearing: <br /> Consider introduction of an ordinance to amend Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 9.32 to add <br /> a Tobacco Retailer Permit requirement and referrals to counseling for persons under age 21 in <br /> possession of tobacco products; and provide policy direction on other tobacco sales restrictions <br /> Actions of the City Council Page 1 of 2 June 24, 2020 <br />nimum repetition of points made <br /> by previous speakers and by being as brief as possible in making their testimony. <br /> • Following public testimony,the applicant will be given the opportunity to respond to issues raised by the public.The <br /> response should be limited to five minutes. <br /> The public hearing will then be closed.
