PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-2003-47 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF JULIE AND REUBEN BORG (BORG REDWOOD FENCING), AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-318 WHEREAS, Julie and Reuben Borg (Borg Redwood Fencing) have applied for design review approval to allow the construction of an approximately 19,633-square-foot, two- story building and related site improvements located at 3700 Boulder Court; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 22, 2003, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration prepared for Case PDR-318; and WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PDR-318, the application of Julie and Reuben Borg (Borg Redwood Fencing) for design review approval to allow the construction of an approximately 19,633-square-foot, two-story building and related site improvements located at 3700 Boulder Court. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
