Resolution No. PC-2003-45 <br />Page 5 <br />If additional hours of operation or activities beyond what was included in the <br />applicant's statement of operation, dated "Received, September 22, 2003", on <br />file in the Planning Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is <br />required. Such modifications may be approved by the Planning Director if <br />found to be in substantial conformance with this approval. The Planning <br />Director may also refer the matter to the Planning Commission if the proposed <br />changes would be significant. <br />8. If operation of this use permit results in conflicts pertaining to parking, interior <br />or exterior noise, traffic/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the <br />Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for their review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Planning <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such <br />impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use permit approval. Possible <br />mitigation measures may include, but are not limited to, reducing the number of <br />exercise equipment, modifying the massage and esthetician services, changing <br />the hours of operation, or other measures deemed necessary. <br />The owner of the business shall obtain a massage establishment permit from the <br />Police Department prior to offering massage services. <br />10. At no time shall more than three massage technicians working simultaneously at <br />the subject location. <br />11. This use permit approval does not include approval for signage. Proposed signs <br />shall be consistent with sign program for Crossroads and are subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director prior to installation. <br />
