Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muf- <br />fling devices. <br />78. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br />79. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br />80. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site exca- <br />vation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br />coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and proce- <br />dures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />81. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br />Police Department Requirements: <br />82. The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity of signal to and from <br />the area for City emergency services communications including, but not limited to, City <br />800-mgh franked radio, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Services radio, Alameda County 800- <br />mgh trunked radio, CLEMAR/ Police Dispatch, and the current police mobile data sys- <br />tem, unless waived by the Police Department, City of Pleasanton. Expert opinions may <br />be required in anticipation of communications difficulties inside or around large struc- <br />tures. Mitigation plans of less than acceptable communications shall be submitted to the <br />satisfaction of the Police Department prior to approval and shall be financed by the pro- <br />ject developer immediately upon approval. <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br />83. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasan- <br />ton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br />84. The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber con- <br />struction until the final inspection. <br />85. Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire pro- <br />tection facilities, including, but not limited to surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water <br />supply and water flow in conformance to the City's Fire Department Standards able to <br />suppress a major fire. When alternate methods of fire protection are approved by the Fire <br />Chief, this requirement may be waived or modified.
