If signs on the building are desired, the applicant shall submit a sign proposal to the City for review and approval prior to sign installation. All signage shall conform to the building's approved sign program. 7. The applicant shall submit plans of the guitar studio to the Building Department and shall obtain a building permit as may be required. No changes to the exterior of the building shall be made without prior approval from the Planning Department. {end}
