Housing Funds; $292,108 in City General Funds for human services; and $94,903 in City General Funds for arts/culture and youth, for a total funding amount of $1 ,189,378. SECTION 2: Council authorizes the City Manager to adjust final grant amounts for the two federal funding sources (CDBG and HOME) on a pro-rata basis according to the final allocations provided by HUD as long as the amounts are within 20% of the estimates used in Table A. SECTION 3: Council approves the FY 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and FY 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan and authorizes the City Manager, or his or her designee, to submit the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan to HUD and to execute all documents and certifications necessary to secure and award funding for the City. SECTION 3: Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with each agency receiving Pleasanton HHSG and CG funding in FY 2020-21 and to take all other necessary actions to carry out the HHSG and CG programs for FY 2020-21. SECTION 4: Contracts with subrecipient agencies will be executed after the City determines a finding of no significant impact through the federal environmental assessment process. SECTION 5: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
