BACKGROUND <br /> Team Glass was selected as an as-needed contractor for the repair and installation of <br /> glass windows and doors for City facilities in FY 2019/20. The original contract amount <br /> was for $25,000 (plus CPI adjustment for second and third years) each fiscal year for a <br /> total compensation amount of $75,000 for the 3-year term agreement. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Due to unforeseen replacement of the storefront doors at 200 Old Bernal, 157 Main <br /> Street and Operations Services Center administrative building, the contract amount has <br /> exceeded its allotment.
