Suite450 Shelton,CT 06484 New York The project site was originally analyzed pursuant to the Environmental Impact Report(EIR) lO Monument Street Deposit,NY 13754 prepared for the Happy Valley Specific Plan (HVSP)Where there is a certified EIR for a specific 56 Broome Corporate Parkway plan,CEQA exempts projects consistent with specific plans from further CEQA review under Conklin,NY 13748 Government Code Section 65457 and Public Resources Code Section 21155.4.The CANADA requirements for both provisions are found in Guidelines Section 15182.The exemptions UNITED KINGDOM effectively serve, or can serve, as CEQA streamlining provisions based on the preparation of a PORTUGAL plan level EIR. FRANCE KENYA Based on a preliminary review of the available documents related to the proposed project, AUSTRALIA and the proposed project density,the proposed project appears to be consistent with the development anticipated and analyzed in the HVSP EIR and the Pleasanton General Plan PHIUPPINES 2005-2025 EIR(General Plan EIR).To support the decision to process the project approvals CHINA pursuant to the 15182 and 15183 CEQA streamlining provisions, FCS will prepare an Initial MALAYSIA Study,which would briefly disclose the evidence and reasoning for determining the proposed SINGAPORE project's consistency with the HVSP,the HVSP EIR,and eligibility for the 15182 and 15183 CEQA exemptions. Under the Section 15182 and 15183 processes,a public review period is not required. To facilitate this review, FCS will utilize analysis completed in support of a Subsequent Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared by FCS in 2018(2018 Draft SEIR),which evaluated the development of 39 single-family detached units that were proposed as part of the Spotorno Ranch Project.The proposed 39-units would have been located in the same Spotorno Flat area and thus the analysis can appropriately be utilized in support of this Consistency Checklist.
