NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 54956 of the California Government Code, a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Oak Tree Farm, Moller Ranch, Laurel Creek Estates (The Preserve, Oak Hill Estates and Kolb Ranch Estates), and Lemoine Ranch Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts is hereby called. CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENT — Comments are limited to three minutes and to only items listed on the agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Approve minutes of June 18, 2019 2. Adopt resolutions approving the Engineer's Reports for the Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts (GHAD) for Oak Tree Farm, Moller Ranch, Laurel Creek Estates (The Preserve, Oak Hill Estates, and Kolb Ranch Estates), and Lemoine Ranch Estates; declaring the Board's intention to assess properties for the cost to maintain and operate the districts; and setting June 16, 2020 as the public hearing date ADJOURNMENT NOTICE Under Government Code §54957.5, any writings/documents regarding an open session item on this agenda provided to a majority of the Board of Directors after distribution of the agenda packet will be available for public inspection by emailing the City Clerk' Office at pleasantoncityclerk@cityofpleasantonca.gov.
