PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2003-32 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PDR-275, THE APPLICATION OF MIRACLE <br />AUTO PAINTING FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, Miracle Auto Painting has applied for design review approval to allow the <br />construction of an approximately 10,000-square-foot auto painting building located <br />at 3 Wyoming Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C (Commercial) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of July 23, 2003, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration for the Stanley Business Park was adopted by the City <br />Council on December 8, 1981. The negative declaration anticipated that <br />commercial uses such as those proposed would be located on the project site; and <br />WHEREAS, there are no substantial changes to the project or to the circumstances under which <br />the project is undertaken that involve new significant environmental effects or <br />substantially increase the severity of previously identified effects, and there is no <br />new information of substantial importance not known at the time the negative <br />declaration was adopted regarding the project or its effects, mitigation measures, <br />or alternatives; therefore, no additional environmental documentation was <br />prepared for this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project would be <br />consistent with the appearance of Stanley Business Park, and the building and site <br />design would be practical as well as attractive. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR-275, the application of Miracle Auto Painting for design <br />review approval to allow the construction of an approximately 10,000-square-foot <br />auto painting building located at 3 Wyoming Street, subject to the conditions shown <br />in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />
