4 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> ����� -J.,La. <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> PLEASANTON. <br /> May 5, 2020 <br /> Engineering <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY HENDRICK AUTOMOTIVE <br /> GROUP, LOCATED AT 4345 ROSEWOOD DRIVE <br /> SUMMARY <br /> PUD-85 and PUD mod 85-02-02D-06M were approved for demolition of four buildings <br /> followed by construction of an 83,300 square-foot automobile showroom and <br /> automotive repair facility on the property located at 4345 Rosewood Drive. The public <br /> improvements required by the conditions of approval are complete and are ready for <br /> acceptance and maintenance by the City. The required private stormwater quality <br /> improvements, and the associated operation and maintenance agreement, are also <br /> complete. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept the public improvements constructed by Hendrick Automotive Group on <br /> Rosewood Drive and Santa Rita Road for normal maintenance and authorize the <br /> City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to city expenses for the maintenance of public <br /> improvements. Tax revenue and utility fees generally cover the increased cost to <br /> provide services and maintain infrastructure. <br />
