Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> 4. Adopted Resolution No. 20-1137 approving the Annual Progress Report on implementation of <br /> the General Plan Housing Element and Growth Management Report for calendar year 2019 and <br /> authorize submittal to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and the <br /> Governor's Office of Planning and Research <br /> Engineering <br /> 5. Accepted public improvements performed by Rosas Brothers Construction for the Annual Curb <br /> and Gutter Replacements for Street Resurfacing Project, CIP No. 18509; authorized the City <br /> Clerk to file a Notice of Completion; authorized release of retention in the amount of $24,791; <br /> allocate $5,000 of Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) funding to CIP No. 18509 <br /> to reimburse the City for the bus pad installation at Springdale <br /> 6. Approved the final map, improvement plans and subdivision, easement and maintenance <br /> agreements for Tract 7813, by Sun Meadowlark LLC., located at 3459 Old Foothill Road <br /> 7. Accepted public improvements performed by Miracle Play systems for the Mission Hills Park Slide <br /> Renovation Project, CIP No. 20745; authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion; and <br /> retain the remaining balance of $237,440 in CIP No. 20745 to use for future playground <br /> renovations <br /> 8. Approved a change order with American Asphalt Repair & Resurfacing Company, Inc. in the <br /> amount of$89,516 for the for the Annual Slurry Seal of Various Streets, CIP No. 18504; approved <br /> contract change order No 1 in the amount of $89,516 for roadway preparation work and slurry <br /> seal on St. John Place and Peters Avenue <br />
