Accepted monthly disbursements and investment report for December 2019 <br /> 7. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Testa, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 10. Public Comment <br /> Paulette Salisbury. Laurene Green and Peggy Purnell expressed concern regarding Item No. 9 <br /> and opposition to any potable reuse projects and noted the 2000 ballot measure rejecting potable <br /> reuse. <br /> In response to Councilmember Testa's inquiry, Ms. Purnell confirmed she was a former Mayor's <br /> Award recipient for her work on water issues. <br /> Pierre Bierre and Sondra Bierre encouraged City Council to look more broadly at water supply <br /> reliability options such as the infrastructure that would collect rainwater for potable water. <br /> City Council Minutes Page 2 of 10 February 4. 2020 <br />
