PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2003-27 <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEARS 2003-2004 THROUGH 2006-2007 CONSISTENT WITH THE <br />PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br />recommendations to the City Council regazding the means of implementing the <br />General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide for the efficient expenditure <br />of public funds relating to the subjects addressed in the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public heazing of June 25, 2003, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning the proposed Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years <br />2003-2004 through 2006-2007. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Yeazs 2003-2004 through 2006-2007 <br />as a whole and as individual projects is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br />Section 2.
