suance of building permits, the building developer shall submit to City staff the <br />green building provisions that would be incorporated into the proposed project's <br />construction. The building developer shall then meet with City staff to review <br />these provisions. If, following this review, it appears that there are other feasible <br />and mutually agreeable green building measures that can be incorporated into the <br />project, the project developer shall modify the project accordingly. Before issu- <br />ance of a building permit, the green building measures shall be explicitly called <br />out on a separate sheet of the building permit plan set and shall be subject to re- <br />view by the Planning Director. <br />8.4 Telecommuting: <br />The homes covered by this approval are encouraged to be constructed with tele- <br />communications infrastructure consistent with state-of--the-art methods, e. g., ca- <br />bling for DSL service, wiring for total room access, etc. <br /><End> <br />UD-27,Design Cuidelrnes Page 8 of 8 per Planning Commission: June 25, 2003 <br />
