STAFF COMMENTS <br /> Mr. Ingram commented on the following: <br /> a. Voting delayed to the December 17 City Council meeting on the Youth Commission's <br /> recommendation for youth members on other commissions to be allowed to vote. <br /> b. General fund portion of City Grant will be increased by approximately $10,000. <br /> c.
