C. Detached second units ~---''°"'"""'° shall be subject to the <br />following minimum setback requirements: <br />Zoning Side yard Rear Yard <br />District Setback Setback <br />One family residential lots in <br />the R-1-40,000 district and <br />lets in planned unit <br />developments which <br />follow the site <br />development standards <br />of the R-1-40,000 district 20 Feet 20 Feet <br />All other lots 5 Feet* 10 Feet <br />*Side yard setback shall be a minimum often feet (10') on the street side <br />of a corner lot. <br />C. The gross floor area of a detached second unit shall not exceed 1, 200 square feet. <br />D.
