Resolution No. PC-2003-13 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section I. Denies Case PAP-48, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's denial of Case <br />PV-83/PADR-736, the application of Brett L. Hoffmann for a variance from the <br />Municipal Code and for administrative design review to allow an existing <br />approximately 10.5-foot high, 107-square-foot shed attached to the western side of <br />the existing residence with azero-foot setback where a minimum of five feet is <br />required, and with an aggregate side yard setback often feet, seven inches, where a <br />minimum of 12 feet is required, for the property located at 7356 Maywood Drive <br />Section 2.
