CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLFASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 633 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT #112, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, TITLE II <br /> OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ADDING TO <br /> THE R-16,500 (ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT THE RO <br /> (RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY) DISTRICT AND CHANGING FROM THE R-1 <br /> (ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE RM-1500 (MULTI <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT FROPERTY OF COSTANZO-WILSON <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, BEING IN TOTAL APPROXIMATELY 69.7 <br /> ACRES IN SIZE AND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEASTERN INTERSECTION <br /> OF THE ARROYO MOCHO CANAL AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRACKS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY OR11~IN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, referred <br />to in S2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 112, as shown on the map dated July !9~, 1971, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred <br /> to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br />Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Costanzo-Wilson Development Company, being <br /> approximately 66.2 acres in size and located at the south <br /> eastern intersection of the Arroyo Mocho Canal and the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> RO (Residential Overlay) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Costanmo-Wilson Development Company, being <br /> approximately 3.5 acres in size and located at the far <br /> eastern limit of the Parcel hereinabove referred to and <br /> fronting on Santa Rita Road, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> RM-1500 (Multi-Family Residential) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after its <br />adoption in i'THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first <br />day after adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
