8. Chapter 18.48 (I Industrial Districts) <br />18.48.140 Permitted Uses - I-P District: <br />The following uses shall be permitted in an I-P District: <br />A. Light industrial and related uses, including only: <br />Manufacturing, assembling, compounding, packaging and processing of <br />articles or merchandise from the following previously prepared materials: <br />bone, canvas, cellophane, cellulose, cloth, cork, feathers, felt, fiber and <br />synthetic fiber, fur, glass, hair, ink, horn, leather, paint (not employing a <br />boiling process), paper, plastics, precious or semiprecious metals or stones, <br />rubber and synthetic rubber, shell, straw, textiles, tobacco and wood (not <br />including a planing mill or sawmill). <br />Manufacture and assembly of business machines, including electronic data <br />processing equipment, accounting machines, calculators, typewriters and <br />related equipment. <br />Manufacture and assembly of communications and testing equipment.... <br />F. Accessory structures and uses located on the same site as a permitted use: <br />and the following accessory structures and uses located on the same site <br />with a permitted use or with a conditional use which has been granted a <br />use Hermit in accord with the provisions of Chapter 18.124 of this Title: <br />1. Emergency standby electricity generator, fuel cell, and/or battery <br />facilities provided that the facilities shall be tested from 8:00 a. m. <br />to S•00 p m Monday through Friday or from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 <br />p m on Saturday or Sunday only the facilities shall not be tested <br />for more than one (1) hour during any day. and zzo testing shall be <br />on "Spare the Air Days" in Alameda County: <br />2. Photovoltaic facilities; <br />3. Small electricity generator facilities that meet the following criteria: <br />a.
