JOINT UTILITY TRENCH: All dry utilities (electric power distribution, gas <br /> distribution, communication service, cable television, street lights and alarm <br /> systems) required to serve an existing or new development shall be installed in <br /> underground conduit in a joint utility trench subject to the review and approval of <br /> the Director of Engineering/City Engineer and prior to City council acceptance of <br /> public improvements. <br /> 68. PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT: The applicant shall grant a public service <br /> easement (PSE) to the City over those parcels and lots as determined by and <br /> subject to the review and approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer <br /> and prior to City Council acceptance of public improvements. <br /> 69. UTILITY VAULTS: The applicant shall set existing and proposed utility vaults to <br /> the grade of adjacent curb and/or sidewalk as determined by and subject to the <br /> review and approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer and prior to City <br /> Council acceptance of public improvements. <br /> Stormwater and Provision C.3 of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br /> Permit <br /> 70. STORMWATER TREATMENT: The project creates and/or replaces 10,000 <br /> square feet or more of impervious surface (collectively over the entire project <br /> site) and shall comply with Section "C.3.b Regulated Projects" of the NPDES <br /> Permit No. CAS612008, and amendments, issued by the San Francisco Bay <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. The improvements plans shall include the <br /> Stormwater Management Plan prepared by a California licensed civil engineer, <br /> indicating the type and locations of stormwater treatment measures to be <br /> installed (numbered sequentially for identification purposes), and sizing <br /> calculations. The Stormwater Management Plan shall be subject to review and <br /> acceptance by the Director of Engineering/City Engineer, prior to the issuance of <br /> an engineering or building permit, whichever occurs first. <br /> 71. STORMWATER TREATMENT — SPECIAL LAND USE CATEGORIES: The <br /> project is a special land use category that creates and/or replaces 5,000 square <br /> feet or more of impervious surface (collectively over the entire project site) and <br /> shall comply with Section "C.3.b. Regulated Projects" of the NPDES Permit No. <br /> CAS612008 and amendments issued by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay Region.
