Matters for Commission's Action a) Adoption of Planning Commission Schedule of Meeting Dates for 2020 The Commission discussed cancelling the April 8, 2020 meeting due to Pleasanton schools being on recess for Spring Break. Commissioner Allen moved to accept the proposed calendar of future meeting dates for 2020, with the added cancellations of January 8, 2020 and April 8, 2020 and the adoption of a Special Meeting on January 15, 2020. Commissioner Balch seconded the motion. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Allen, Balch, Brown, Pace and Ritter NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner O'Connor b) Selection of Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair for 2020 Chair Allen moved to elect Commissioner Ritter as the Planning Commission Chair and Commissioner Brown as Vice Chair for 2020.
