Resolution No. PC-2003-02 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PAP-43, thereby denying Case PADR-669, the application of John <br />Duggan for administrative design review to construct additions to the existing <br />dwelling at 3573 Kings Canyon Court consisting o£ (1) an approximately 33- <br />square-foot single-story addition on the north side of the existing garage; (2) an <br />approximately 382-square foot single-story addition on the west (front), east (rear), <br />and north (side) elevations; and (3) an approximately 669-square-foot second-story <br />addition above the existing garage and family room. <br />Section 2.
