<br />Resolution No. PC-99-95 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Pump It Up - The Inflatable Universe <br />PCUP-l, 1056 Serpentine Lane <br /> <br />1. ADnroved Use. The proposed use shall substantially conform to the plans and narrative, <br />Exhibit "A", dated "Received November 19,1999", on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor alterations may be <br />approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance with this <br />approval. The business may operate during the following hours: <br /> <br />Monday through Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The facility will not be open to the public, the facility shall be used solely upon <br />reservation, and all events held on weekdays prior to 5:00 p.m. must be scheduled to <br />include a minimum IS-minute break between events. Events after 5:00 p.m. may have a <br />30-minute over-lap. Additionally, all events must be scheduled so that they end by <br />10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Effective Date of ADnroval. This Conditional Use Permit shall become effective fifteen <br />days following the date of approval of said use permit by the Planning Commission, <br />unless appealed. <br /> <br />3. Revocation. If any elements of the proposed use result in conflicts pertaining to parking, <br />noise, traffic, loitering, or other impacts, at the discretion ofthe Planning Director, this <br />use permit may be submitted to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a <br />public hearing. This would include nuisances created through the lack of available <br />parking, inadequate garbage service, or by excessive noise detected outside the building. <br />If necessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such <br />impacts, or may revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />4. Code Comnliance. The applicant shall contact the Building and Fire Departments to <br />determine all applicable requirements. The structure must be made to conform to all <br />applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances of the City. All future tenant <br />improvements shall be included as part of this condition. <br /> <br />5. Required Permits. The applicant shall obtain all applicable City, County, Regional, State <br />and Federal permits for the proposed uses of the subject site. <br /> <br />6. Garbage Service. The applicant shall coordinate with the building owner and Pleasanton <br />Garbage Service to provide sufficient service to the existing building so that the existing <br />dumpster does not exceed capacity prior to the scheduled pickup date. This would <br />include increasing service so that the dumpster is emptied on a more frequent basis, but <br />should not include having additional dumpsters placed on-site. <br />
