The proposed <br /> modification would facilitate the demolition of an existing oil change <br /> facility and the construction of a new approximately 1,649-square- <br /> foot drive-through Taco Bell restaurant and related site <br /> improvements on "Pad B." <br /> LOCATION: 4210 Rosewood Drive <br /> GENERAL PLAN: Retail, Highway, and Service Commercial; Business and <br /> Professional Offices <br /> ZONING: PUD-C (Planned Unit Development — Commercial) District <br /> EXHIBITS: A. Draft Resolution <br /> B. Project plans dated received "October 14, 2019" <br /> C. Location and Notification Map <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Find the proposed PUD Major Modification inconsistent with the goals, policies, and <br /> programs of the General Plan and the goals and strategies of the Climate Action Plan; <br /> and <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution recommending denial of PUD-89-06-08M, subject to the required <br /> findings; and <br /> 3. Forward the application to the City Council for consideration. <br /> Code §54957.5, any writings/documents regarding an item on this agenda provided to a majority of <br /> the Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet will be available for public inspection at City Hall in the <br /> Planning Division, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton. <br /> Accessible Public Meetings <br /> The City of Pleasanton can provide special assistance for persons with disabilities to participate in public meetings.
