The use shall be substantially consistent with the statements of operations dated
"Received July 7, 1999" and "August 24, 1999", Exhibit "A", on file with the Planning
Department, except as modified by the following conditions. This conditional use permit
shall supersede the church's original conditional use permit (UP-67-2) in its entirety.

2. If additional activities beyond that proposed in the statements of operations, dated
"Received July 7, 1999" and Received August 24, 1999" on file with the Planning
Department are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications
shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning
Commission if judged to be substantial.

3. One year after occupancy of the proposed addition (Case Z-99-212), the Planning
Director shall review the existing parking to ensure that the parking demand is not having
a negative impact on the surrounding properties. If necessary, the Planning Director may
work with the applicant to revise the statement of operations to mitigate any such parking
impacts. If necessary, the Planning Director may refer the issue back to the Planning
Commission for subsequent review. The Planning Commission may modifY or add
conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit.
Conditions can include, but are not limited to, limiting the number of Sunday school
students and teachers allowed during Sunday services.

4. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other
factors, at the discretion on the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the
Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the
Commission may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may
revoke said use permit.

[end]
