Client's approval. Once CDFW issues a draft agreement,WRA will review the draft agreement and make
recommendations to Client to accept the agreement or request modifications.
Phase 2, TASK 6: Regulatory Agency Coordination
This task covers meetings with the Client and project team as well as negotiations with the resource
agencies as part of the permit application process. The project manager will be available to attend one
meeting with the Client and regulatory agencies as needed. For example, agencies may request site
visits to discuss the proposed Project and potential impacts on areas within their jurisdiction. This task
includes time for WRA to attend one site visit with the agency personnel to discuss the Project impacts if
requested. However, from time to time, resource agencies make requests and requirements for
information beyond the bounds of normal expectations for projects of similar size and scope. If this
situation arises, WRA will notify the Client immediately and discuss the best path forward for the project,
including whether or not supplemental budget may be necessary. This task also includes budget for
multiple conference calls and/or email communication with the agencies. It is anticipated that this task
will last several months during the current agency timelines for RGP and Section 7 processing.
Phase 2, TASK 7: Project Management
This task will cover general project team meetings with the City and internal collaboration, and keeping
the City up to date on the permitting process and schedule. It is anticipated that this task
will last several months, during report preparation and permit processing.
SCHEDULE
Work can begin upon execution of this Change Order.
STAFFING
Leslie Lazarotti will be the principal in charge of the project.
